Excellent Stay with a View

clean roomcomfortable bedconvenient locationlimited breakfast
The room was really clean (I loved the fresh smell!) and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee. I especially appreciated the fan because the weather was warm. The bed was comfortable and I slept well even though my room overlooked the square. I found it very convenient to walk to the seafront, restaurants, and shops.
The continental breakfast lacked hot options (a cooked breakfast would have been amazing!).
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a breakfast buffet that includes fresh croissants and fruit (especially the croissants!). Advice is available about parking, a great benefit given how tricky parking in the area can be.
Location
10/10
This hotel is excellently located, providing easy access to the lanes and seafront. The position allowed for a view of Regency gardens out to sea (the view was excellent, wow!).

The staff displayed kindness, and i found the public gardens lovely. my room faced the front. It was very peaceful at night. proximity to restaurants and bars was a plus.
the shower offered extremes, super hot, then cold, with no middle ground. the room itself felt quite small, particularly the bathroom with its shower.
