Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a bit of character with newly fitted shower rooms and a comfortable bed, making it a pleasant stay. However, being in the basement near the road made it quite noisy at times.
The hotel is located in an absolutely fabulous spot, directly off the seafront, making it superb for all that Brighton has to offer. The rooms are great, very comfortable, and spacious, although they can get a bit warm in the evening. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The dining experience is excellent with plenty of delicious choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The beautiful interior of the rooms and the close proximity to the seafront and shopping area were definite highlights, but the poor breakfast was a downside. The service was fantastic, with wonderfully friendly staff, although noisy guests caused some disturbances due to thin walls. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
